What happens when I get contacted about a shipment?  

-If CityServe RD has what you are interested in and contacts you then you have the option to accept or decline at that time. Saying no doesn’t eliminate you from future shipments.

What is the donation of $150 per pallet for?

-CityServe RD is a non-profit organization operated by volunteers. The warehouse has been donated. The goods are donated. There is a cost to truck goods from suppliers, operation costs of the warehouse, and delivery costs to partner organizations. The $150 goes 100% towards these costs.

Do you deliver?

-CityServe RD does not deliver at the moment.

What if I want less than a pallet?

-If organizations want less than a pallet, they can advise us when contacted regarding a shipment, and fees are reduced accordingly.

What happens if I want to change the types of items from what I originally asked for?

-Simply send us an email and let us know.   

Can I visit the warehouse?

-Yes, please send us an email to schedule a visit.
